1. Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Ustawa z dnia 30 maja 2014 r. o prawach konsumenta) and European Union Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.

2. Health Protection & Hygiene Exception

In accordance with Article 38(5) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts where the subject of performance is an item delivered in sealed packaging which cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was unsealed after delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Send a withdrawal notice by email to [email protected] stating your order reference number, date of purchase, and items to be returned.
2. Our support team will furnish you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code and return dispatch instructions.
3. Pack the sealed goods securely and post them to our registered headquarters:

4. Refund Processing

Upon receipt and quality inspection of the returned sealed products, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. Refunds are issued using the original payment channel (BLIK, card, or bank transfer) without any administrative surcharge.

5. Damaged or Defective Goods (Warranty / Rękojmia)

If your order arrives damaged during transit or exhibits any manufacturing discrepancy, contact us immediately with photographic evidence. In accordance with statutory warranty rules (rękojmia), we will promptly dispatch a free replacement or issue a 100% full refund including all shipping costs.
