1. Fulfillment & Dispatch Standards

All orders for physical CoreMen nutritional formulas are processed and dispatched from our logistics center in Warsaw, Poland. Orders placed from Monday through Friday prior to 14:00 CET are typically packaged and transferred to carrier partners within 24 to 48 business hours. Orders placed on weekends or statutory Polish holidays are dispatched the following business day.

2. Domestic Delivery Within Poland

For deliveries within the territory of Poland, we partner with premier courier networks (DPD, DHL Express) and InPost Paczkomaty:

• Standard Courier Delivery: 1–2 business days following dispatch.
• Automated Parcel Lockers (Paczkomaty): 1–2 business days with 48-hour pickup window.
• Shipping Rates: Flat-rate standard shipping calculated at checkout, with complimentary delivery on qualifying subscription or multi-pack orders.

3. European Union (EU) Cross-Border Shipping

CoreMen distributes nutritional formulas across the European Union. Because Poland is an EU member state, cross-border shipments within the EU internal market are free from customs duties:

• EU Standard Courier: 3–6 business days depending on destination member state.
• EU Express: 1–3 business days via air freight partners.
• Customs & Tariffs: 0% tariffs within the EU Single Market. VAT is charged according to EU Destination VAT rules.

4. Packaging & Climate-Control Protection

Micronutrients and botanical extracts are sensitive to extreme temperature fluctuations and humidity. Every CoreMen shipment is sealed in tamper-evident, protective packaging that shields contents against ultraviolet exposure and mechanical transit stress.

5. Order Tracking & Delivery Inquiries
